After moving from New York to Los Angeles and working as a collateral analyst for Wells Business Credit, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, Til Welch began to pursue a career in the music industry by developing relationships and seeking talent wherever he could.After several attempts to land a job in the music industry failed, Til decided to go back to school and apply for an internship starting from the ground up.From there he landed an internship at Virgin Records in the Urban Music Department which involved every aspect from Promotions to Marketing.This Internship led to an opportunity as A&R assistant, which later developed into A&RCoordinator-WestCoast. After 2 years as A&R Coordinator - West Coast, Til was promoted to Urban A&R Manager and relocated back to New York serving as A&R for current artists on the Virgin roster including Brooke Valentine, Dwele, Bossman, Wendy Williams (Compilation Album) and Guerilla Black. Til is also responsible for actively scouting for new talent for the Virgin label.
