Sara Kapuchinski Creative Director, Stage Three Music (U.S.) Sara Kapuchinski is the Head of Creative on the West Coast for Stage Three Music Publishing. She is involved in every creative aspect at the company and works with closely with writers/artists Brett James, Steve Robson, ZZ Top, Aerosmith, and others. Her responsibilities include new talent acquisition as well as film and television pitching. Prior to joining Stage Three in May, 2008 Sara was Director A & R at Chrysalis Music Group for 6 years working with an array of artists such as Motion City Soundtrack, Dan Wilson and Velvet Revolver. Sara began her career in the industry as a musician. She studied classical piano at Hartt School of Music and Juilliard before moving to Los Angeles. Prior to working in publishing, Sara was a session vocalist for various film and TV projects, played in bands and worked as a studio assistant to drummer and film composer Stewart Copeland.
